REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Canistel, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to assist you with our straightforward Refund and Returns Policy.


5-Day Exchange/Return Policy: You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or return. To initiate an exchange/return, please contact us at team@canistelindia.com.


Eligibility for Exchanges/Returns: To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to provide the invoice at the time of return pickup. Once a product is used, it becomes ineligible for exchange or return.


Acceptable Exchange/Return Cases:

Damaged or wrong item received.

Improperly sealed product upon delivery.

Product expiration before delivery.

 

Return Process: If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange for the item to be picked up from the same address, and you’ll receive notification of the expected pick-up date. For exchanges, the new product will be delivered within 3-5 days after the return pick-up.


Delivery Discrepancy: For any delivery-related issues, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.


Cancellation: We accept order cancellation requests if the product hasn’t been shipped yet. Upon cancellation, you’ll receive a refund of the entire amount.


Order Cancellation by Canistel: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with provided personal/financial details.


Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
